Learning games – Planetary Saga

Is a game-based learning activity that teaches participants a change management process and how to apply it. The game starts honest discussions about the necessity of change in any organization. Debriefing can be tailored to suit either managers or recipients of change.

Objectives:

• Participants learn an 8 steps process for leading change by applying it to an in-game situation.
• Developing communication skills and role allocation in teams.
• Participants identify and understand the roles and tasks needed in a change coalition.
• Identifying the skills and behaviors for leading change successfully and applying them in a given situation.
